Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro pops-out in a leaked hands-on video

Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil the Mi 9 Pro at an event on September 24 alongside with the bezel-less king Mi Mix 4. The handsets will pack a lot of features that we expect from a flagship, among them, we have the latest Snapdragon 855+ and full 5G connectivity.

We’ve seen a couple of details about the Mi 9 Pro in the past few days, including an official poster which shows that this device will come with a huge transverse linear motor to stimulate a stronger sense of vibration. Thanks to this new technology, every touch gives a strong feedback on the fingertips. Moreover, it has 150 different scenarios which include typing, zooming, adjusting alarm clock, etc. The Mi 9 Pro will be a pioneer in delivering 4D immersive gaming experience. Today the handset popped out in a new hands-on video which gives the best look yet. The video came from Weibo, but the popular Xiaomi’s leakster Xiaomishka published it on YouTube.

In terms of design, the new handset will be very similar to its standard counterpart. Basically, this means that we’ll have the same flat display, waterdrop notch and triple camera setup around the back. Thus, leaving the main differences to the hardware parts. The Mi 9 Pro will feature a 4,000mAh battery that should be enough to fuel the overclocked Snapdragon chipset. This battery can be replenished via a 30W fast-charging system.

Talking about the camera department, it will remain will retain a triple camera setup with a 48MP main shooter. Other details include 8GB of RAM and 256GB of Storage along with Android 9 Pie and MIUI 10 running atop. Of course, it may receive Android 10 Beta update soon after the release.
