If you are wondering about the prices of these devices, they cost less than $1000. The Huawei Mate 30 5G has a 4999 yuan ($705) starting price while the Pro version costs 6899 yuan ($975). Both smartphones come with a Kirin 990 5G chipset clocking 2.86 GHz. This chip is faster than the non-5G Kirin 990. It actually comes with better CPU clusters and two big NPU cores. This is necessary because of its higher bandwidth speeds.

Just like the 4G versions, the Huawei Mate 30 Series 5G version also comes in Vegan Leather Orange and Vegan Leather Forest Green special versions. This is in addition to the regular Space Silver and Emerald Green versions. In addition, the pre-orders for this device commences at 18:08 Chinese time. These devices will start shipping on November 1. If you are interested in shipping one out of China, recall that these smartphones do not come with GMS.
