A few days ago, South Korean manufacturing giant, Samsung, released its latest Galaxy S20 series. Yesterday, PhoneArena looked at the charging of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra charging speed. This smartphone comes with a 5000 mAh battery and comes with a standard 25W charging head. However, the device also supports 45W charging. Galaxy S20 Ultra 25W charging speed
- First 15 minutes – 32%
- After 30 minutes – 62%
- In 45 minutes – 89%
- After 59 minutes – 100%
This test shows that it takes just about an hour to fully charge this smartphone. This is quite superb considering that this phone uses a huge 5000 mAh battery. So, this means that if you buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra, you can use the charger in the box and still get a good charging speed.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 45W charging speed
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra also supports a 45W charging head. If you buy a 45W Samsung fast charger, you can get a faster-charging speed on the S20 Ultra. However, note that the charger is larger and it comes with a special thicker cable. Below is the charging speed with the 45W charger

The advantage of the 45W fast charger is that it can get 37% of the power in just 15 minutes. Interestingly, both took the same amount of time to fully charge the phone: 59 minutes.
