Huami Amazfit X Revealed in All its Glory, Pre-Order Kicks Off on Indiegogo


Back in December, Xiaomi owned Huami announced its smart band with curved display dubbed Amazfit X. Sadly, the company didn’t reveal the complete specifications of the product at the time. Well, the product has now entered the pre-booking phase on the Indiegogo crowdfunding platform. As expected, the listing has revealed the smartwatch in all its glory.

As you can know from the title, Huami Amazfit X is finally up for pre-orders via Indiegogo crowdfunding platform. As per the listing, you can get the product for $149 as a part of super early bird offer. After the crowdfunding, the product will sell for a price tag of $329. The shipping, on the other hand, will commence from August 2020. The wearable comes in two colour options namely Eclipse Black and New Moon Gold.

Talking about the specs, Amazfit X is equipped with a 2.07-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 206 x 640 pixels. The display comes with a pixel density of 326 PPI along with a peak brightness level of 400 nits. The key aspect of the wearable is the 92-degree curved display which fits your wrist comfortably. The company claims to display 250% more data on its product when compared with Apple Watch Series 4 40mm.

To top things off, the wearable is button-free and makes use of the pressure-sensitive screen to navigate through the user interface. Backed by 205mAh battery, the product can last for seven days on a single charge. The wearable makes use of magnetic charging cable which is a nice addition. Furthermore, the product is water-resistant up to 50 meters.

In terms of activity tracking, Amazfit X comes with accurate 24-hour heart tracking. There is an infrared sensor as well that measures blood oxygen levels. Just like every other tracker, this one too measures stress levels and tracks your sleep quality. Since the company is calling it a smartwatch, it comes with GPS and GLONASS support.

With the help of nine versatile sports mode, the wearable can track almost all the major fitness-related activities. It includes indoor cycling, outdoor running, treadmill, elliptical, open water swimming, walking and more.
