Huawei can not entirely expunge US chips from its supply chain
Ren Zhengfei once again talked about the US ban and Huawei’s supply chain. He believes that it is impossible for Huawei to completely remove the US chip from the supply chain. According to him, this is impossible because American companies must also survive. According to him, US companies, within the jurisdiction of the US Department of Commerce, apply to the Department of Commerce for a license, which can be provided after approval.
