Apple iPhone 12 users complain again about the “greenish” screen

A few weeks ago, Apple officially released the iPhone 12 series. While the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro hit the market immediately, the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Mini only commenced sales a few days ago. There have been several reports of issues regarding the iPhone 12 series. Initially, we had reports of disappearing signals on the iPhone but the company has since provided a solution. Subsequently, there were reports of missing messages and message notification on the iPhone 12. Now, the latest report shows that the iPhone 12 also has screen issues.

There have been reports of iPhone 12’s with yellowish screens. But now, there are reports that the iPhone 12 display is turning green.  Specifically, the iPhone 12 will appear green around the screen in the dark gray state. Well, this issue is far from rare, it is quite common and there have been many complaints.

According to DxOMark assessment, the biggest issue with the iPhone 12 display is the yellow colour cast. DxOMark noted that the yellow cast continues to appear under each lighting condition.

According to a report by the South Korean media “Asian Economy”, Apple officials recently stated that it is aware of “a few reported cases which are currently under investigation”. We hope that the company resolves the iPhone 12 screen issues as soon as possible.

In addition, some users said that the iPhone 12 mini’s lock screen sensitivity has problems. When they use their thumbs to slide up from the bottom of the locked screen to unlock the device, or when they press the flashlight or camera button on the locked screen, the screen fails to respond in some cases.

DxOMark rates iPhone 12 Pro Max camera behind Mate 40 Pro, Mi 10 Ultra & P40 Pro

Two days ago, DxOMark specialists published a detailed test report of the main camera of the iPhone 12 Pro. The smartphone took fourth place in the ranking, gaining the same number of points as the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. As for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it ranks fourth, taking the former position of iPhone 12 Pro. The iPhone 12 Pro Max earned 138 points for shooting photos, 68 points for its zoom capabilities, and 113 points for shooting a video.

A detailed DxOMark report can be found at the link in the source, we will only talk about the pros and cons of the iPhone 12 Pro Max camera. The first includes fast and accurate autofocus, correct exposure, high detail in good lighting, wide dynamic range in video, effective stabilization system when shooting video. There are also disadvantages: small dynamic range when taking photos, noise in photos, especially in low light conditions, unnatural colors when shooting with HDR, various artifacts when taking photos, exposure instability when shooting video, artifacts in video.

In general, based on this description, the iPhone 12 Pro Max does not seem to be the best camera phone. However, DxOMark notes that the device has become better than its predecessor in all respects. Apparently, that is why the title of the review is “big and beautiful”. The camera sensor is bigger, the pictures are more beautiful. But there is still something to strive for.

this is a hardware issue and a global recall should be made, stocks yes will drop but that Apple's fault for sub-contracting to everyone and charging the world insane ridiculous prices for phones made by Samsung, LG, and Fox. Also NO the software upgrade 14.5 beta 3 doesnt work for the yellow-green tint issue, please try it for yourselves, I did and it doesnt work, it is in the glass (Oled), i returned 3 phones and all have this issue, this is since the launch Oct 23rd 2020, LAWSUITS SHOULD START IMMEDIATELY
