Samsung has been putting extra attention to the Indian market in order to drive more sales in the aggressive space. Last year, the chaebol decided to offer product demos to customers across various cities. It even started offering finance services on its premium devices. Well, the company has now announced a new service dubbed Pick n Drop in India. It is a pick-up-and-drop service for smartphone and tablet repairs in the country.

Samsung now offers a pick-n-drop repair facility in India!

The South Korean giant is offering this new repair service across 46 cities across India. Customers residing in these cities can request the brand to pick up their Galaxy smartphones and tablets for repairs. Once the repair is done, the company will also drop the devices at the address. It’s a pretty solid move from Samsung allowing customers to enjoy repairs at the comfort of home. You can find the list of available cities by visiting the official webpage.

It is worth noting that this new service isn’t free so you’ll have to shell out a couple of bucks to avail it. For pickups, Samsung will charge you INR 199 (i.e. $2.5) for this service. You can also avail of a drop-only service at INR 99 (i.e $1.35).

Customers will also get options to pay through various digital payment methods. For those who were always unable to visit the nearest customer service center for any reason, this new Samsung Pick-n-Drop service could be a welcome addition.
