To recall, Infinix India CEO Anish Kapoor has already given us a glimpse of the phone’s awe-inspiring rear design via a tweet. Moreover, the design image also confirmed the presence of three rear-mounted cameras. Also, this piece of information aligns with previously leaked design renders. Now, the company has finally confirmed the handset’s launch date in India.
Infinix Zero 5G India Launch & Expected Price
The Infinix Zero 5G smartphone’s India launch is set for February 14 at 12 PM IST. Regrettably, details about the price tag the smartphone will be carrying in India are still scarce. However, in an interview with India Today, Kapoor revealed that the 5G-ready smartphone will cost less than INR 20,000 in the country. The exact pricing details are likely to be revealed at launch.

The teaser microsite on Flipkart not only reveals the Infinix Zero 5G smartphone’s India launch date but also sheds light on other vital information. For instance, it confirms the presence of an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor. Aside from that, the microsite reveals that the handset will ship with UFS 3.1 storage. Past leaks suggest that the handset will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. Moreover, the screen will reportedly offer a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Flipkart teaser shows that screen will feature a centrally aligned punch hole notch for the front shooter. Under the hood, the phone will pack an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor that uses a 7nm fabrication process. Furthermore, the processor comes with a competent Mali G68 GPU. Infinix Mobiles has confirmed that the handset will support thirteen 5G bands. The Flipkart teaser shows the phone’s rear panel, confirming the presence of three cameras inside the rectangular rear camera setup.
