Chinese manufacturing giant, Huawei, has been in a difficult situation in the smartphone market. Since the numerous bans on Huawei, the company has been trying to survive in the smartphone market. Although the company is not giving up on the smartphone market, it has since revealed that it is not competing but just trying to survive. There have been a series of reports regarding the upcoming foldable smartphone, Huawei Mate X3. This device will officially launch at the end of April. It will come with the Snapdragon 888 4G as well as Kirin 9000 4G chips. In July, the Huawei Mate 50 series will arrive. This smartphone will come with the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC as well as the new HarmonyOS 3 system.
In fact, HarmonyOS 3 appeared on Chinese network TV, back in March of this year. At the appearance, the company claims that this system will launch within this year. If the report regarding the Huawei Mate 50 series is accurate, then the HarmonyOS 3 is on schedule.
As of the end of 2021, the HarmonyOS system had over 220 million devices. As of now, over 100 Huawei mobile phones models support the update of HarmonyOS. At present, Huawei has launched the developer preview version of HarmonyOS 3. This system continues to innovate around the three core values of system architecture, HyperTerminal, one-time development and multi-terminal deployment. This brings system capabilities and development tools to a comprehensive upgrade.

Huawei Mate 50 series may not have Pro+ and RS Porsche versions
According to previous reports, there will likely be no Huawei Mate 50 Pro+ and Mate 50 RS versions. Instead, the Chinese manufacturing giant will likely release a collector’s edition. Furthermore, there is no report on the 5G compatibility as of now. There is a very high chance that this series will still support 4G.
The Huawei Mate 50 series will obviously have a better camera relative to the Huawei P50 series. The Huawei P50 series already have a top camera which sat on top of the DxOMark ranking for many months. Thus, the Mate 50 series will come with some serious camera capacity.
