SmartisanOS is BACK!!! – new user interface exposed

Earlier today,Ā SmartisanOS took to its official Weibo handle to announce that it is about to make a return. However, the company claims that this huge stem has nothing to do with smartphones. The system will debut in a new form. The company also announced that the new hardware and the joint partners will be official in a few days. A few hours later,Ā Weibo tech blogger @张德阳Tillo exposed several pictures of the interface of the SmartisanOS.

SmartisanOS

Judging from the pictures from the blogger, it seems to be an introduction to a SmartisanOS, showing that the app can allow mobile phones to directly control large-screen devices such as TVs. This also includes remote assistance which can remotely help family members use it. Although the homepage UI of SmartisanOS is unsurprisingly ugly, these functions look interesting. It appears to be very friendly, especially for elders.

In addition, it also supports multiple functions such as screen capture and screen recording, application management (installation/uninstallation), remote control operation, etc. This allows the smartphone to directly connect to theĀ smart screen (TV), making it more convenient to control.

Gizchina News of the week

From the function of the app, it is not difficult to find that it’s binding with the TV system will be very deep. We can not also rule out the possibility that the new SmartisanOS is for TVs/. According to reports,Ā Konka TV has previously announced that it will hold the Konka APHAEA spring strategic new product launch conference on April 18. At the announcement, the Smartisan logo appeared on the poster.

This sparks speculations that the new Konka product will use SmartisanOS. Furthermore, Konka’s new product has SmartisanOS trademark on the boot page.

SmartisanOS – a subsidiary of ByteDance

SmartisanOS is an Android operating system from Smartisan which hit the market in 2013. At the time, this system basically appeared on Smartisan smartphones and TNT monitors. However, in 2019, the company changed theĀ enterprise certification information. The new certification reveals that the new owner isĀ Beijing Big Eye Star Technology Co., Ltd. Well, this company isĀ 100% owned by ByteDance Co., Ltd.

According to Tianyancha, Beijing Big Eye Star Technology Co., Ltd. used to be called Beijing Playing Technology Co., Ltd., and its shareholder was Beijing Nebula Chuangji Technology Co., Ltd., which was 100% owned by ByteDance Co., Ltd. As a result, Smartisan OS became a product of a subsidiary of ByteDance.Ā Subsequently, there were major changes in the legal team and directors of the company.Ā

should rename KONKA as NOKKA. At this point, NOKIA won't sue them anymore.
