The Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone will be going on its first sale in India next month, after going official in the country in the coming days. Realme is gearing up for the first India sale of its much-awaited GT Neo 3 smartphone. Moreover, the Shenzhen-based smartphone manufacturer will be unveiling the Realme GT Neo 3 on April 29 for the Indian market. This confirmation came from Realme CEO Madhav Sheth earlier this month. Now, we finally know when the handset will go up for grabs in the country.
The upcoming Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone’s India sale will start from May 4. A dedicated microsite for the GT Neo 3 has gone live on the company’s India website. The teaser page reveals the handset’s launch date, as well as its first sale date. To recall, Sheth has confirmed that the GT Neo 3 will be arriving in the Indian market soon in a tweet on April 7. However, the handset has already gone official in China with a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G SoC. The display of the Chinese model offers a 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone has been subject to a lot of leaks ahead of its April 29 India launch. The launch event will begin at 12 PM (noon) IST. Regrettably, Realme is still keeping other key details about the handset’s Indian version under wraps. However, the rumor mill continues to churn out all sorts of speculations surrounding the Realme smartphone. For instance, a new leak claims that the Indian variant will be available in three color options. These include Sprint White, Nitro Blue, and Asphalt Black.

The Realme GT Neo 3 80W variant retails for CNY 1,999 (about INR 24,000) in China. For this price, you get the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. However, the 80W model comes in an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration carrying a price tag of CNY 2,299 (about INR 27,500) in China. The top-of-the-line model comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and will set you back CNY 2,599 (about INR 31,200). Likewise, the Realme GT Neo 3’s 150W model sells for CNY 2,599 (about INR 30,000) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. Lastly, you can go for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model if you are willing to shell out CNY 2,799 (about INR 33,600).
