According to reports, the telephoto lens of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is even more powerful than that of the S22 Ultra. The 3x telephoto lens of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra uses a 10-megapixel Sony IMX754 with a 1/3.52-inch photosensitive area and a single-pixel size of 1.12μm. It also supports full-pixel dual-core focusing.

For the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, it is expected that the telephoto lens will use its own CMOS, which is the Samsung S5K3J1 on the previous generation S21 Ultra. Compared with Sony CMOS, the sensor area and single-pixel are larger. This will obviously bring better quality video experience.

In addition, the inner screen uses an under-screen camera technology. Thus, there is no neither a notch nor a punch-hole. On the whole, it looks like a “remote control” in the folded state, and a full screen when unfolded.
