Answering calls with the smartwatch certainly isn’t a feature for everyone. Realme’s TechLife wearable is certainly coming for this kind of user.
Gizchina News of the week
The company already shared some tidbits about its upcoming product. The Realme TechLife Watch R100 will sport a 1.32-inch TFT color screen with 360 x 360 pixels of resolution. The wearable comes with an aluminum alloy frame and a matte rear cover. The Watch R100 also comes with two buttons on the right side.
The wearable comes with a speaker and microphone to allow you to perform the calls. The connection with the smartphone is established via Bluetooth, and once it’s ready, you’ll see your incoming calls on the watch and will be able to answer them without picking up the device. The wearable packs a 380 mAh battery. According to Realme, this is enough to ensure up to seven days on typical usage. It just needs around two hours of charging to be completely replenished. This sounds like a much, after all, smartphones with ten times more batteries charge faster. But, that is how it works as the wearable lacks fast-charging support.
Realme has just confirmed two color options for the Realme TechLife Watch R100, and it remains to be seen if the company will sell straps separately in different colors for customization. For now, the company is yet to confirm the pricing of the device in the country.
