An analyst at Global Equities Research predicts that Tesla will create a “record delivery quarter” this year. According to the report, the company will deliver more than 500,000 electric vehicles in the fourth quarter of this year. From the reports so far, the deliveries are set to hit new highs again. Judging from reports, the analyst who visited Tesla’s Fremont factory expects the factory to deliver 145,000 electric vehicles in the fourth quarter. The Shanghai Gigafactory delivered 246,000 vehicles while the Berlin Gigafactory and Texas Gigafactory delivered 60,000 vehicles each. In total, the four factories delivered a total of 511,000 vehicles.

Although the third quarter has not yet ended, Tesla’s production and deliveries in this quarter are still unknown. Analysts believe that the fourth quarter will deliver 511,000 vehicles, which will set a new high for Tesla’s quarterly deliveries. The company currently has the highest production and delivery quarters, respectively, in the fourth quarter of last year and the first quarter of this year. In the fourth quarter of last year, it produced 305,840 vehicles and delivered 308,600 vehicles. In the first quarter of this year, it produced 305,400 vehicles and delivered more than 310,000 vehicles.

Tesla production is huge

The fourth quarter is usually the highest quarter for Tesla’s quarterly production and deliveries each year. With the Berlin Gigafactory and Texas Gigafactory put into operation and increasing production capacity, and the Shanghai Gigafactory and Fremont Factory’s production continued to increase, it is not surprising that it hit a new high again in the fourth quarter of this year.

But whether Tesla can deliver more than 500,000 electric vehicles in the fourth quarter of this year, as analysts expect, depends on whether the supply chain will be affected. Recall that for the past few quarters, there has been a strong shortage of parts. Many large companies like Tesla are circumventing the issue.
