As seen by Gizchina Via Mobvoi’s official Twitter Page. The company claims that TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra, TicWatch Pro 3, and TicWatch E3 use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 4100 processors. At the same time, the three TicWatch series also feature exclusive Mobvoi parts responsible for the low power consumption functions of the smartwatches. These allow various features, Eg, secondary LCD screen power supply, which are crucial to the workings of the three-match series.

Several software updates and debugging have forced the maker to perform. This ensures the in-house components are matched with the Wear OS 3 update.
