Diablo 4 x KFC: How to Get Five Character Class Cosmetics

Diablo 4 KFC

In a surprising turn of events, Activision Blizzard and KFC have joined forces to offer a special promo for the release of Diablo 4. Although this was just a rumor in the past few months, now, we learn that players can acquire unique in-game cosmetics by buying specific sandwiches from KFC’s official website. The promo is already underway, with codes for the items becoming available in players’ KFC accounts starting on May 30. These codes can then be linked to their Battle.net accounts to unlock the cosmetics once Diablo 4 is officially out. Neither Blizzard nor KFC have made any public statements regarding this offer. But it appears to be ongoing at many KFC locations in the US.

The news drove the attention of Wowhead, a well-known gaming news outlet, who discovered that there are a total of five aesthetic versions for different weapons, each related to one of Diablo 4’s five character classes. As the KFC website shows, the most basic menu item costs around $5, letting players buy all five cosmetics for around $25. We should note that regional prices may vary. Those players who want to get their hands on the full set should find it attractive.

One aspect of this partnership causes some concerns. Ordering at KFC outlets in person will not offer access to the deal. While this may not be a problem for most Diablo 4 players, it does make it less likely that someone will stumble across the promotion by accident. However, unless players really want to wield the “Foul Reaper” as their weapon, this promotion is quite minor. It is odd that they didn’t choose the more fitting name, “Fowl Reaper.”

Get Ready for Diablo 4 Release with KFC’s Promo on In-Game Cosmetics

Despite this, some fans have benefited from the relationship. Diablo 4 content producer Aodan has received his own codes and has volunteered to help other players get them. We hope KFC and Diablo 4 can iron out the kinks in this campaign quickly. This will allow all players to have access to all possible cosmetics offered within the promo.

As well as the KFC offer, users will also be able to obtain bonus cosmetics via Twitch drops. Players can earn cosmetics for each class after the game’s official release by watching six hours of Diablo 4 on Twitch every week for a month. They can also purchase a unique mount by giving away memberships during this period. Players can use these unique cosmetics with Diablo 4’s extensive transmog system if the code redemption for the KFC offer goes well.
