OnePlus 12 First Day Pre-orders Are 212% Higher Than OnePlus 11

OnePlus 12 Pre-order stats

Although the OnePlus 12 made its official debut in December of last year, it stayed exclusive for the Chinese market for a while. It’s just been three days since OnePlus launched its new flagship in the international market. However, the phone is currently in the pre-order phase, with shipments planned for February 6th.

Talking of the pre-order phase, the OnePlus 12 is off to a great start. The first-day pre-order count for the device is 212% more than the pre-orders of the predecessor. However, the company didn’t specify whether the data was from one international market. But judging by the fact that pre-orders are available in multiple regions, the number is likely taken from all markets the phone is available in.

Pre-order Pricing Information and Offers on the OnePlus 12

The pricing of the OnePlus 12 varies from one region to another. In the US, you can pre-order the phone at a starting price of $799.99. This pricing is with a $100 pre-order discount, which means the base price after the pre-sale phase will be $899.99. You also have the chance to score another $100 by trading any phone in any condition. With that, the pre-order pricing starts at $699.99.

But the case is different for the EU regions. Consider Spain, for example, where the phone’s starting price is €969. That converts to around $1052, and sadly, there’s no €100 pre-order discount available for the device in that region. But OnePlus is throwing in a free pair of wireless earbuds and a protective case for the OnePlus 12.

Even though none of these prices are in the budget-friendly range, the OnePlus 12 is a proper upgrade over the OnePlus 11. Its main highlights include a high-end camera setup, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, a large cooling system, and a 5400 mAh battery with 100W charging.
