Lenovo will be heading up their
CES showcase this year with the unveiling of their
Lenovo Vibe Z, an
unlocked Android smartphone with
LTE connectivity.
The
Lenovo Vibe Z has already appeared in China, but
U.S customers will have to wait until 6th January where they will be able to see the
unlocked smartphone first hand at
CES.
Taking over from the
Lenovo K900 as this year’s flagship
phone, the
Lenovo Vibe Z’s killer feature is TE connectivity and the fact it is compatible on GSM/UMTS networks at 2100mhz. Specifications include a 2.2Ghz
Snapdragon 800 CPU,
2GB RAM, 16GB memory 13 mega-pixel camera and 5.5-inch IPS FHD display.
While the Vibe Z will be on show at CES there is no official word on a launch stateside, however the phone will go on sale in Asian countries for around $549.
