OPPO isn't wasting time. The F33 Pro launched in April. The F35 Pro could be here before September. According to 91Mobiles, which cites industry sources, the OPPO F35 series is headed to India by the end of August. The headline model is the F35 Pro — and if the leak is accurate, it's essentially the OPPO A7 Pro Max from China, tweaked for the Indian market.
The Battery Is the Whole Story
Ten thousand milliamp-hours. That would be the largest battery ever fitted to an OPPO phone sold in India. The A7 Pro Max launched in China with exactly that capacity, and the F35 Pro is expected to carry it over alongside 80W fast charging and 27W reverse charging. A full tank that charges fast and can top up other devices — at this price, that's a compelling combination.
The Display Holds Up
The screen is a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,800 nits peak brightness, and a 330Hz touch sampling rate. That last number matters for gaming. It's a responsive display for the money.
Chip and Cameras
The Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 handles processing, paired with up to 12GB RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It's not a performance flagship — but for a mid-ranger targeting battery life and everyday use, it's adequate.
Camera specs are modest. The rear carries a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP monochrome auxiliary lens. The selfie camera is a 50MP shooter with autofocus — the F-series has always leaned into front cameras, and that trend continues here.
Durability Is Strong
IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings on a mid-range phone is genuinely impressive. Triple-rated water and dust resistance at this price point isn't common. OPPO is clearly using it as a differentiator.
The phone also runs ColorOS 16 on Android 17 and includes an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Price and Timing
The expected price sits between ₹40,000 and ₹45,000 — roughly $470 to $530. That puts it up against the Vivo S2, OnePlus Nord 6, and Motorola Edge 70 Pro. All strong competitors. Whether a 10,000mAh battery is enough to swing buyers at that price is the real question.
The F33 Pro only landed in April. A September F35 Pro would be a very quick turnaround — four to five months between generations. OPPO hasn't confirmed any of this yet.
