Nokia 8 sales begin in India

As expected, the Nokia 8 has now gone on sale in India. You can grab the Nokia 8 from Amazon India's store for the price of INR 36,999 (around $572). The only colour currently available is Steel, though the Tempered Blue option should be around the corner.

The version of the device here is not the newer model, but rather the older one with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 and runs on stock Android, which is nice.

Aside from that, the Nokia 8 also has a 5.3-inch Ouad HD display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. There are also the dual 13MP rear cameras, one monochrome and the other in full colour for better camera shots. Whether India will receive the upgraded model remains to seen, so stay tuned for more news.
