Xiaomi M3 could arrive as soon as mid 2013

It's without doubt that Xiaomi are working on the next generation Xiaomi M3, but what is surprising are the rumours suggesting a mid 2013 release date!

Purported specification details of the Xiaomi M3 have been published here on Gizchina before, but these details also came with the assumption the new phone won't go on sale until Q3 of 2013, however reports are suggesting we might be seeing M3's shipping a little earlier, with a possible announcement coming in March!

Like all of these rumours we will have to wait and see how they pan out, but to see the Xiaomi M3 sooner would make sense as most companies are opting for larger 5-inch 1080 phones which dwarf the current M2.

The Xiaomi M3 is expected to arrive with Nvidia's Tegra 4 quad-core processor, at least 2GB RAM, 12 mega-pixel rear camera and a Japanese made 1080 HD display.
