Chinese manufacturing giant, Xiaomi, was all set to unveil its latest flagship smartphone, Xiaomi Mi 10 series in India. However, considering the new coronavirus outbreak in the country, the company has decided to postpone the launch. In its official XiaomiIndia Twitter handle, the company wrote
"...We are focusing our energy to support the nation in its fight against the #COVID19. After careful deliberation, we've decided to postpone the launch of #Mi10 in India, which was scheduled for 31st March 2020. Thank you for your support. #StaySafeEveryone"
According to the company, it is monitoring the situation and a new launch date will be released shortly. Recall that India is currently on a lockdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
