Instagram is by far one of my on my iPhone, and it has actually taken the place of the standard camera for when I want to capture a great photo. Now it is for Android devices too! It has taken a long time for the Instagram crew to release an Android version of their popular applications, but we assure you the wait is worth it!

But don’t just think this is a straight port of the iOS version as it isn’t, and the Android version of Instagram offers a few options and different menus when compared to the version available on the iPhone.

As with the iOS version the Android version of Instagram allows you to upload photos and even sync with your Twitter, Facebook, Flickr accounts or just email your photos.

We’ve tested Instagram out on the Meizu M9 and it works really very well, and brings a touch of class to the otherwise dull photos the M9 tends to pic up.
