Chinese Engineer Builds Worlds First Alien Hotel

Jin Fan, a 70 year old engineers from Liaoning Province, has long been a believer in UFO’s and alien life and actually formed the Dalian way back in 1984.

Now the UFO fan has stepped his hobby up a notch or two by selling most of his possessions and 2 of the families apartments to fund the building of a UFO landing site and alien hotel 100 km north of Dalian.

The unofficial landing area is located in a one-square-kilometer plot of land and features 2 mud and brick cottages with wooden beds plus home made stove and large dining table for alien visitors to stay.

Mr. Jin is now looking for partners to extend his alien hotel and help with the upkeep running and sky observation costs.
