Xiaomi Watch S4 series, and updates will begin no later than October 31.

HyperOS Hits the Watch S4 Series First
The news was shared by Zhang Lei, Vice President of
Xiaomi Group’s Mobile Phone Department and General Manager of the Wearable Department. According to him, the first wave of updates is only for the Watch S4 lineup.
That includes:
- Xiaomi Watch S4 Sport
- Xiaomi Watch S4
- Xiaomi Watch S4 eSIM
- Xiaomi Watch S4 eSIM 15th Anniversary Edition
- Xiaomi Watch S4 41mm
Xiaomi is starting with its main smartwatch line to make sure users get the best of HyperOS as early as possible.
What’s Next After the Watch S4?
The rollout doesn’t stop there. Other Xiaomi wearables are also on the list.
- Xiaomi's little health tracking smartwatch, the Xiaomi Band 10, will receive the HyperOS update by November 10.
- Other Xiaomi wearable devices, such as the Xiaomi Band 9 Pro, Xiaomi Band 9, Redmi Watch 5, and Redmi Watch 5 eSIM, will also receive the update around December.
The company has opted for gradually rolling out this update. This is to ensure that the update proceeds smoothly and stably for all users.
Xiaomi HyperOS Update, the Bigger Picture
It is worth noting that HyperOS goes far beyond just wearables. Xiaomi is also bringing it to phones. The Xiaomi 15 series will receive the update by October 15, while the Xiaomi 14 series will follow by November 15.
