Xiaomi to launch gaming product 20th Jan?

After the release of the Mi Note, Mi Headphone, and Mi Box Mini, you would think that Xiaomi would take a timeout, but no! Another product has now been hinted for a 20th January launch!

This time the teaser comes from Xiaomi’s gaming division and points at a new gaming product. This could be something as simple as a new online gaming platform an update to Xiaomi’s current game store perhaps? Or it could be something much more interesting, like and gaming update to the current Mi Box lineup or even a new piece of gaming hardware all together.

It has long been rumoured that Xiaomi might launch their own games console in China after the country lifted the ban on home gaming machines last year. So far Xiaomi hare release a game controller and added game support to their smart TV’s and Android set top boxes.
