Redmi is preparing to launch a new budget phone, the Redmi 11A. This mobile phone recently passed through MIIT's database and India's BIS certification. The device has now appeared in the Singapore IMDA database. The latest listing of this device uses the model number 22120RN86G. In comparison, the Indian version has the model number 22120RN86I. Also, the Chinese version has the model number 22120RN86C. The IMDA certification shows that the Redmi 11A will not only debut in the Chinese market. But this device will also launch officially in the Indian mobile phone market.
Redmi 11A specifications are quite decent
According to MIIT certification, the Redmi 11A will feature a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. Under the hood, this low-end mobile phone will come with a 2.0GHz octa-core processor. In addition to the chip, this device will have 2GB, 4GB, 6GB and 8GB of RAM. It will also have 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB internal storage. Like most low-end mobile phones, the internal storage of this device can be expanded using a microSD card. In addition, this device will also come with a rear fingerprint sensor.
In the camera department, the Redmi 11A appears to be very decent. This device will use a dual rear camera setup but both sensors will be 50MP cameras which is quite attractive. On the front, it will also have another 50MP camera. There are not many mobile phones (even flagships) in the industry that uses 50MP sensors for selfies. To keep its lights on, there are reports that this device will use a decent 5000 mAh battery that supports standard charging. Of course, it is a low end mobile phone, thus we do not expect it to charge fast. Also, the Redmi 11A will also come with the Android 12 system out of the box.
