Its been less than a week since the new and improved iPhone 4S was announced, but already an iPhone 4S knock-off is ready and waiting to offer gadget lovers more for a lot less, and with an Android twist!
The HDC iPhone 4S knock-off (pictured here with the Gooapple 3G iPhone 4 clone) improves upon iPhone 4 clones in much the same way the iPhone 4S improves upon the iPhone 4, with better internals and new functions.
The HDC is visually the same as the GooApple 3G and intern the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 with only a few tell tale give away signs that this is in fact a fake.
For one the HDC is a little fatter than the iPhone 4S, and it gets a regular size SIM card tray as opposed to a mini SIM and of course the logo is different.

As with the genuine iPhone 4S the HDC iPhone 4S knock-off improves upon previous generation iPhone 4 clones with a better camera, 5 mega-pixel rather than 3.2 mega-pixel and faster CPU, in this case a 650mhz unit.
The improvements don’t stop there though as HDC have improved the sharpness of the visuals by speccing a HQVGA screen rather than a WVGA unit which gives pictures and graphics a crisper, sharper look.
The iPhone 4S wannabe also gets true GPS rather than A-GPS only, plus there are hidden touch capitative buttons either side of the physical home button which allow you to step back or choose the options from the Android OS.
Speaking of the OS, it’s Android 2.3 and it gets a fantastic iOS5 skin and even features iOS style multi-tasking, app folders and shaking icons when deleting or rearranging, it doesn’t get a Siri style personal assistant though.
The HDC A9199 Android iPhone 4S knock-off should be in Chinese stores now with a white model coming later in the year.
