UMi are on roll this year. The company already brought four high performance devices to the market and currently is busy promoting the newest UMi Iron. Meanwhile they’veĀ now listedĀ their UMi Hammer at India through the nation’s most popular e-store, i.e., Flipkart.
For those unaware, Flipkart is a known e-retailer which already made possible that some devices as the OnePlus One and Xiaomi Mi 4 to be sold at India. The UMi Hammer is listedĀ now and is being sold with aĀ Rs.10,999 (US$173) price tag.

The Hammer is a rugged device which doesn’tĀ look like the others in the same range and maintains the stylish design. We already tested it’s strength, and have come to release it’s quite a sturdy device in a drop test some months ago, The UMi Hammer hasĀ the MT6732 1.5Ghz 64-bit SoC, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM and very sleek design with metal borders.
This news isĀ very interesting, and we wonder now if UMi plans toĀ list other devices on Flipkart. For now only time will tell, but we will be attentive to any news.
