Forget those huge black bezels we usually see on Elephone devices, the new P9000 range is promised to feature a borderless design.
Elephone have sent us 3 images of their new P9000 range and a few details of the 3 phones that will make up the line up. According to the new information there will be an Elephone P9000, P9000 Lite and P9000c, all of them will feature the new Mediatek MT6755 and all will have super narrow bodies.
The MT6755, or Helio P10, will be the first ‘P’ Helio chip. It is built around 4 x 1.1Ghz A53 and 4 x 2.0Ghz A53 cores, and will come with a Mali T860MP2 GPU, CAT 6 LTE and support up to 21 mega-pixel main cameras.
Elephones’ P9000 aims to use the MT6755 in this range topping phone with borderless design, while the P9000 Lite and P9000c will represent the mid-range and entry-level models with a ‘narrow border’ either side of the screen, but the same powerful CPU.

Elephone don’t mention if the images here represent the final models or not, and we still have no clue of other hardware parameters or a launch date at this stage.

So, Andy, after all that Elephone have presented so far in terms of bezels, do you still believe a borderless device from this company could go anywhere beyond renders?
This time they have specifically mentioned the bezel when they sent the images, but still probably got a few months till t is even launched.

Elephone’s renders always show borderless design. But in reality it’s bezelfull.

When it comes to Elephone, I have one philosophy… “Seeing is believing”
Though I like the designs of the renders especially the one with the angular edges. If only they can really make such phone as the renders.

although elephone has some negative information, i still trust p9000, i like the price and the quality,i always focus on elephone.cc, and get some latest news from it
Well. On elephone.cc the P8000 features near bazel-less. However, the real phone on youtube shows such a broad bazel even Mona Lisa would be jealous about.
You will be surprised with the final output of this device. Elephone as a company are still not serious for business. I bet you, within the next 2 months of the release, they will send the phone inside a trashcan with no support. Can anything good come out of Elephone company?
If ANY of these elephone phones end up bezel-less, I’ll eat my hat. I say this because it’s not gonna happen. They will all be hampered with awful, very large, black bezels. True to elephone style as always.

this is just bad journalism, simply believing what they tell you. have you ever seen the renders of the previous elephone phones (like p7000, p8000, vowney)? they ALL had a borderless design, but as the first real pictures showed up, the revealed a huge black frame, elephone is now famous for. sorry robin, but they won’t change it with this phone.
Actually, I have p7000 and I don’t really care about border, especially in the dark x) But the design of these 3 devices is amazing !!!
