Video: Oukitel ask Chinese fans to Punch the K4000 Pro

In a move that would only possibly work in China, Oukitel have taken the K4000 Pro to various events and asked fans to punch the phone in an attempt to smash it.

We’ve seen some interesting (read strange) videos that are supposed to depict the strength of a phone over the years, but this is the first time a phone brand has asked member of the public to punch a phone right in its screen.

Oukitel, one of the more imaginative when it comes to videos (remember when they used a blow torch on their phones, and boiled noodles with the K10000?), have been making visits to various phone markets in China and asking the audience to punch the K4000 Pro.

Gizchina News of the week

In the video you will see men, women and children attempt to Hulk out on the smartphone, but all ultimately fail to smash the phone. We do wonder how many managed to cause damage to themselves though.

The K4000 Pro has already been released on online resellers for $99.99. The phone features an updated 4600mAh battery, 5V/1.5A quick charger, 2GB RAM, 13 mega-pixel main camera, and quad-core chipset.

Do you imagine this type of marketing working in your home country?

    But can it crack nuts?

Well they’ve managed to crack walnuts with their phone before. I suppose this one will handle that without problems too.

Obviously they use a good screen protector, that protects well against blunt force.
