How is this guy breathing smoke and fire!?

I have no idea how this guy is doing it, but as you will see in the video below he is managing to a) Breath smoke and b)breath FIRE!!

The video starts off with a cap wearing Chinese man stuffing an unknown white powder in to his mouth, once firmly packed he then proceeds to use a traditional hand fan to fan air 'through his ear and breath plooms of toxic looking thick smoke from his mouth!

It doesn't stop with smoke though, and as a finally he breaths flames to light his buddy's cigarette!
