Meizu MX2 goes on sale 19th December still accepting M8 trade-ins

The Meizu MX2 is easily the best made, and performing Meizu phone to date. But the best bit is the fact the MX2 will go on sale from the 19th December and will be available from physical stores at launch!

Meizu always like to go against the grain which can both irritate and excite their fan and the latest news from Meizu regarding the launch of the MX2 is no different.

Gizchina News of the week

The good news is that Meizu will offer the quad-core, 4.4-inch MX2 for sale at physical Meizu stores across China and Hong Kong from the 19th December, and if you have the original Meizu M8 phone you will be entitled to a 700 Yuan rebate on the MX2. The bad news is that only the Windows CE based M8 is eligible for the rebate. Meizu M9 and MX owners are out of luck.

If you are planning to buy the Meizu MX2 then you might be interested to take a look at our brief hands on video with the phone from our trip to Shenzhen last week. We only managed to play with the MX2 for a few minutes, but in that time we were both impressed by the quality and performance of the phone.
