Ainol Novo 10 Eternal gets 2GB RAM and 11,000mAh battery

Ainol might have chosen a funny name for their brand, but they are one heck of a tablet maker as the new Aino Novo 10 Eternal proves.

Gizchina News of the week

The new tablet features a 1Ghz ATM 7029 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB of built-in memory, dual-cameras, micro SD card reader, WIFI, Bluetooth and a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 display. But it’s the 11,000mAh battery and low selling price which have caught our attention as the Aino; Novo 10 Eternal will go on sale in China for just $224!

Other highlights include an alloy rear shell and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, unfortunately it doesn’t have built in 3G.

1.5 ghz quad core meaning 6 ghz duh
Try heading to the website next time

Wow. Such an ignorant and rude comment.
A 1.5GHz quadcore SOC is in no way equivalent to a 6GHz single core SOC.
Assuming perfect performance scaling, the performance could be four times faster compared to a 1.5GHz single core but this almost never happen in reality. Most of the apps today weren’t optimized to make use of the multiple cores anyway so complaining about the 1GHz stock clock is actually a VERY valid reason since it means that most apps will be limited by the single threaded performance (which in most cases is directly affected by the base clock speed).

TL;DR: Not a hater but the level of ignorance in the reply above is too damn high 🙂

That SoC is crap. A good example of “saving gone wrong”.

It’ll be functional and probably lag-free during normal usage, just don’t expect it to breeze through many games.

      Bullshit
Generation huh bro? talks from the ass as usual.
Middle class retards without the money to spare snobbing around like they hold a doctorate and earn 7 figures a year.

It’s this arrogance, ignorance and stupidity that has doomed you to the biggest federal reserve debt in the history of banking.

This is the tablet a dozen geek tech spots are raving about in excitement for it’s release, it’s been out for 2 days and generation huh bro? snobs are already talking shit.
This thing is going to clean up on games.
Read the scores for the cpu and gpu next time dumbass.

        Wow, that escalated quickly!
Its interesting how you can fully judge someone’s background based on a comment they made on a tech news site.

This is the kind of comment which made me want to pay Andi to create a ‘hate’ button for the comment sections.. Oh wait, does that make me a wealthy upper class retard? Please tell me more about myself based on this comment. I really appreciate getting free personality tests.

PS: I know I am just feeding the troll but I am human and I like to make bad decisions. Please don’t call me a dumbass :))

After making a hell lot of good features, they chose that SoC, even the MT8589 wud have been quite a deal!

Nightmarish SoC… They should just give up using that SoC, period, unless they’re on a contract with Actions, I don’t see why they should ever use it.

Wonder what kind of havoc that aluminum backing is going to play with the WiFi

actually the gpu is what this fuss is all about… it is as shitty as it can be. made on 40nm fab with four cortex a7, it still packs a decent cpu punch, but overall it is a messed up combination
