Mid-range Alcatel One Touch Evo 8 HD announced

Alcatel have added another Android tablet to their line-up with the new Alcatel One Touch Evo 8 HD.

The 8-inch Alcatel One Touch Evo HD will be the largest tablet in the Alcatel line-up and judging by the hardware will be aimed squarely at the mid-range market. The display is an 8-inch 1024 x 768 panel, a 1.6Ghz dual-core Rockchips processor and 1GB RAM power the phone, plus there a two low-res cameras.

No news on pricing yet, but we should see more of the Evo 8 HD at IFA later this week.
