Alcatel OneTouch Idol X+ hands on video at CES


The flagship TCL Idol X+ has made it’s way over to CES in Las Vegas as the Alcatel OneTouch Idol X+, hands on video after the break.

As predicted the TCL Idol X+ has made it’s way to CES where it is being paraded around as the Alcatel OneTouch Idol X+. The Alcatel variant of the Idol X+ features all the bells and whistles of it’s Chinese counterpart, but will be available in across Asia, Russia and Europe later in the year.

The guy’s over at Android Central are at CES and have managed to put together this hands on video of the octacore smartphone.

Specifications of the OneTouch Idol X+ include a 5-inch 1920 x 1080 display, 2Ghz octacore Mediatek processor, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, 2GB RAM all wrapped up in a 7.9mm thin body.

    Do we know when it will be available for sale?If someone purchase this one from china will it be compatible with Europe’s net?

    u wrote that this tcl idol x+ come with a micro-sd slot, but in the video, they dt talk abt it ..Is it just an error from u, or maybe there is another model with sd card.
    Almost all the mtk6592 phones include a sd card extension.

    hey guys why does the tcl version cost $350 and the alcatel version costs $480?
    i emailed alcatel and they told me the alcatel idol x+ would be released in july and cost 350 eur
