Galaxy Galapad 9 launched in China at 799 Yuan

China’s Galaxy have launched the Galaxy Galapad 9 with a 9-inch screen and Allwinner A31S processor in the country for ¥799.

The device looks a lot like a bloated up version of an HTC One Max. The tablet features a 9-inch screen, as mentioned earlier, with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, a quad-core Allwinner A31S processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB on-board storage. Imaging hardware on the device consists of a 0.3 mega-pixel front and a 2 mega-pixel camera duo. Not the thinnest of tablets, the Galaxy Galapad 9 comes in at 10.55mm of thickness, which is not bad considering it packs a 6000mAh battery.

I wish 1600×900 7-9″ screens were mass produced so that we wouldn’t be such with 1280×800 or 1920×1200, more choice and more range of prices would be very helpful.
