Zopo said that F1.8 Aperture, not F2.0 Aperture.
    what is the true?

F2.2 at the time you already paid and F2.4 at the time you receive it.

It’s always been F2.0. Never more, never less.

        • January 9, 2014

F2.0 is the specs, I did hear that they were planning to launch it with F1.8 but that was way back during development

As long as they don’t ship F2.4/2.2 production versions while advertising F2.0, it’s good 🙂

Zopo is not a fair company for their clients : pre orders have been a mess and they lied to those who trusted in them. Whatever they can say, for those who pre ordered in November, it’s impossible to have the phone in same conditions (+30$ at least) and it’s not fair to sell internationally at a higher price than in local when it’s direct from manufacturer (1499 yuans OR 190€ Against 230!!)!!!
Too bad, when i ordered, i though it was a good idea, now I’ve ordered a Xiaomi

    ?

This giveaway points to an empty section in the target page! Is this not ready yet?

I’ll wait for some more time and give it a shot.

    Hi Andi,

What about the BVE / B & V noise reduction technology for calls that Zopo website mentions? Did you get to test that?

They mention BVE in the section title and B & V below. Not sure which of them is correct, I tried Googling but did not come across any such technology. May be it’s Zopo’s own innovation. if one of the readers can provide info, that would be great.

    Thanks,
    Jay

Bve should be part of the fortemedia fm36 chip.

Phone seems too big for one hand usage. Sorry to hear of the misfortune the company and pre-order folks are having. i suppose next time folks wont pre-order from Chinese manufacturers. Just wait for a final review and an official sale. much less headache. and i have the C2 with custom rom and i must say the phone has come a mighty long way….i like it more and more these days cause the camera and battery have gotten better. people are always blown away by the price to performance ratio when they look at my phone. and the dual sim is so convenient.

No 14mp real photos taked with one production zp998… why? new 14mp camera make bad photos? zopo don’t want to loss more buyers? why they don’t show real photos with 14mp in low light conditions and with sunny light conditions? more lies from zopo team?

Hi, could you compare the camera image quality of the ZP998 with the THL T100S? (as soon as you have production units)
The T100S apparently has a SONY IMX135 13MPix sensor. What about the ZP998? Is it Omnivision? Thanks
