Low-cost version of the Huawei Ascend P6 said to have 4.5-inch display

Huawei’s Ascend G6, aka the low-cost Huawei Ascend P6 has been sighted at the Ministry of Technology where some interesting hardware details have been revealed.

Yesterday we posted that the Huawei Ascend P6S had launched with updated processor, but has had it’s SD card slot removed! But all is not lost, especially if you fancy a phone with the looks of the P6 but the flexibility of an SD card!

The above images are said to be of the new low-cost Huawei Ascend G6 which features a similar design to the P6 but with a smaller 4.5-inch 960 x 540 display, 1GB RAM, quad-core 1.3Ghz chipset and SD card expansion for 32GB SD cards.

Chinese tech sites are excited about the Huawei Ascend G6 as it could well be one of the few high-quality Chinese smartphones from a large known brand with sub 5-inch display! Not to mention pricing will be low too judging by the specifications!
