The upcoming Oppo N3 might not be the only flagship rotating camera phone to choose from this year, as a leaked image shows what looks like a similar set-up on the new Coolpad Greand 5.

TENAA certifications of the Coolpad Grand 5 published a few days ago show a camera centric smartphone with a dual lens camera design on the rear, however alleged physical leaked images of the p hone showing something a little different.

Sources who have managed to spy the CoolPad Grand 5 undergoing testing, have snapped this purported photo of what looks like a rotation camera pod arrangement at the very top of the phone. So is it a fake or will their be more than one version of the phone?

Gizchina News of the week

Chinese sites have gone on to say that their sources say the rotating camera on the CoolPad Grand 5 has the ability to rotation 270 degrees and uses a Sony IM220 20.7 mega-pixel sensor. Interestingly the phone still keeps a separate dedicated front 5 mega-pixel camera. These same sources say that the dual lens design of the rear camera remains on the rotating pod and that the lens are intended to create amazing depth to images.

Innovation doesn’t end with there, as the material used for the body could be a Kevlar blend. Kevlar is a very lightweight and strong material used in the manufacture of bullet proof vests.

With those almost non existent bezels the size of the phone should be kept to a minimum. This looks like a phone I would like to own!
