October 29th, Singapore. That’s the time and place the Oppo N3 will officially launch, but have these leaked render let the cat out of the bag early?
Oppo N3 renders are hardly something new, but with the launch date getting closer by the day, the chances are elevated that these renders could be finally the real thing.
Although we doubt that the Oppo N3 will genuinely be as thin as the white phone looks , but the colours do resemble recent options Oppo have offered with the N1 Mini.
The rest of the design looks promising though. The body appears to be metal, the bezels are narrow and the overall size is more compact than the original Oppo N1 surfboard phablet.
Gizchina News of the week
Sources believe the Oppo N3 will feature the similar rotating camera design as the original with dual LED flash and 20.4 mega-pixel camera from Sony. The processor will probably come from Qualcomm with 3GB RAM and VOOC fast charging.
We loved the original Oppo N1, and look forward to seeing a phone with similar features and slimmer, easier to handle design.

It’s obviously so you can take selphies with a high quality camera, because front cameras are always much worse than main ones and with a rotated camera it isnt a problem
I didn’t like the rotating camera too because give me the sensation of something fragile and easy to broken. I have one Kingzone k1 and the frontal camera is pretty good (a better surprise despite the rear one). And it have auto focus too. Perhaps this choice is to keep the thickness of the device …don’t know.
Selfies yes, but also for discreet capture of people and weird angles on difficult to reach places – @Souza, the rotating function on the predecessor N1 was hyped to be able to withstand more than a life time of rotations, so likely to be extremely well engineered and of excellent build quality.
