Teclast is a Chinese tablet maker, who recently made its way into the Spanish market.

Besides offering the versatility of Windows 10 plus the ease of use of Android 5.0 Lollipop, the X98 Pro comes with some impressive internals for the price. First and foremost, the X98 Pro comes powered by the Intel Z8500 Quad Core 2.24GHz processor, and has a 9.7-inch 2048 x 1536 QXGA IPS ‘retina’ grade screen.
With that, the X98 Pro combines 64GB of ROM, 4GB of RAM and a camera duo consisting of a 5 mega-pixel rear and 2 mega-pixel front shooters. Last but not least, it is powered by an 8000mAh battery. You can also buy a physical keyboard along with the tablet.
I’m guessing the price went down because Techtablets review site put the boot in. They said it suffers from overheating problems causing the processor to throttle down. For this reason I would rather avoid this tablet and go for the previous model which doesn’t have these problems.
Well, I said before, I have a Teclast X98 Air Dual Boot which has a Google Play error, a self-shifting upside down camera, and the worst, a system that crashes on any 3D games. I have to use an app to throttle down the speed when I want to play some games and it gets really hot. So I only use it to read. I will not be buying any Teclast soon. I hope Teclast read this and send me a new one. I will gladly smash mine on Youtube!!!
Well, you’re unlucky one. I have X98 air 3G and don’t have such a problem. The fact that all intel based tablet are still very hot for passive cooling, including this X98 Pro which has been reviewed in Techtablets

Windows OS is obsolete and awful as a tablet OS
it’s dual boot but i don’t know if you can uninstall the win10 partition.
But I cannot uninstall the price of Windows 10 🙂
