Doogee T3 software features will include Dual-ID and Floating display

Doogee T3

First mentions of the luxurious Doogee T3 dates back almost a year ago and we still didn’t see  the phone being released. The hardware specs are constantly changing and nothing is certain yet, latest rumors are hinting at the use of octa-core chipset, 16 MPix main camera, Android 6.0 and USB Type-C port.

What’s not changing is the luxurious extravagant design with steel and leather as the main materials being used. Dual-display setup with small notification display located on the top edge is also something you don’t see every day. The main screen should be theoretically 4.7-inch one so the phone is going to be pretty compact.

Gizchina News of the week

Latest piece of news directly from Doogee tackles completely different thing though and that’s the software side of things. Apparently the Doogee T3 is going to offer something called Dual-ID function allowing you to operate dual separate accounts for apps like Facebook, Twitter or Skype on the phone. That could theoretically help with the bussiness/leisure privacy matters so it could turn into pretty handy features. Second revealed software function is the Floating video for independent video playback window on top of everything. Uhm okay.

More importantly there is still no word about the official release of the Doogee T3 phone, the announced April 18th launch didn’t happen so let’s hope somewhere in the near future we are going to see this design jewel for real.

Previous Elephone S3 is now officialy up for grabs for 179.99$
Next Vernee Apollo Lite will be world's first Helio X20 smartphone sporting Samsung S5K3P3 CMOS camera sensor

Doogee have given up on releasing high-end flagships, it`s just or worth it.
Instead they(and most Chinese manufacturers)have focused on stylish devices with light software that run entry to mid-range chips, but bear the promise of a flagship, and being that 90% of all smartphone buyers don`t know anything about specs, they tend to make good sales, based mostly on looks.
I have had 3 Doogee devices all worked rather well, and have had no complaints, but I guess I was lucky as people have been complaining allot.
