Elephone S8 renders confirm new deca-core design

Elephone could have just trumped Samsung by revealing an official render of their own Elephone S8 model.

Elephone’s S7 might have come after the Samsung S7, but the Elephone S8 has been confirmed in new renders before the launch of the new Korean phone.

The Chinese phone maker might using the naming structure of Samsung, but they are taking inspiration in the design dept from fellow Chinese phone brand Xiaomi and their Mi Mix.

Elephone are calling the Elephone S8 a “Triple-Bezel-Less” design as the phone features slender lines on the left, right and top bezels similar to the Mi Mix.

Apparently Elephone could have gone for this type of styling on earlier phones, but decided to hold it back for a true flagship device and the Elephone S8 certainly sounds like it could be one.

While not 100% confirmed, Elephone have stated that they plan to launch the S8 with a deca-core chipset and 128GB internal memory, more than that though, they also plan to unveil a new camera/fingerprint scanner design, a world first for the smartphone world.

Elephone certainly have their work cut out over the next few months with the S7 rolling out, the new H1, and now the Elephone S8! Can the phone maker have time to release further models?
