The MGCOOL Explorer packs an Allwinner V3 SoC with an IMX179 image sensor. It can shoot 4K videos at 15fps, 2K videos at 30fps and 1080p videos at 60fps. The cameras lens also has a wide 170-degree viewing angle to capture as much of the scene as possible.

The action camera will feature a 2.0-inch screen on the back and built-in WiFi to connect it to your smartphone. With the additional waterproof case it can also be used underwater at depth of up to 30 meters.
Overall the MGCOOL Explorer appears to be a very interesting low budget 4k action cam, MGCOOL is known for this since 2016, with their cameras always bringing a great performance-to-price ratio.
