Lenovo Blade Concept is the 2-in-1 PC you’ve been searching for

Lenovo made quite an impression a couple of days ago, when they showcased their new Lenovo Blade concept device on IF World Design Guide website. We’re talking about their 2-in-1 vision of the near future, and it surely looks beautiful.

The concept tablet/PC comes with out any kickstands; instead it has a cover that it is built into to the tablet part of the device. While using the device, the cover will function like a kickstand, but it can still be adjusted in different angles, depending on your needs. Alternatively it can be laid flat to use it as a tablet, but when not in use it can protect the screen of the device.

Gizchina News of the week

The Blade Concept PC comes equipped with full Miracast support, so this means it can be used as a touchscreen keyboard while showing the contents of the screen on an external display. According to rumors – no we don’t have official specs yet- the impressive device may come with a 13-inch or a 14-inch display, but still it should pack enough power for the keyboard section to work like a Windows PC, and its display to function as a standalone Android tablet.

There’s no info yet on whether this is a concept only device or a product ready for commercial launch. We will know more in the coming weeks and we’ll let you know.
