Xiaomi Redmi Pro 2 Price Leaked, not that cheap any more…


Well it seems that Xiaomi has different plans for their Redmi family, especially if this leak is confirmed. So, according to a Taobao website screenshot that was uploaded to Weibo last night, we have a first look at the price of Xiaomi Redmi Pro 2!

The screenshot shows a poster of the device mentioning that the high end variant of the device will cost 1599-1799 yuan ($232 – $261), a price which is increased by at least 100 yuan, when compared to the previous model! 

Note that there’s still no official confirmation that the Redmi Pro 2 smartphone is being prepared, but nonetheless there are 6 preorders already for the device! Don’t wait for more info on its specs today however, there’s still time for this later on…

    If these prices are real it probably has to do with the weakening Chinese yuan. But we all know with Xiaomi, most leaks are fake.

    Strikes me as a reasonable price if it is to be a higher end phone than the Redmi Note 4.
