Android 8.0 Oreo Beta Arrives OnePlus 5

Everything is going according to plan for Chinese manufacturer, OnePlus. The company recently released its OnePlus 5T flagship which is just a modification of OnePlus 5. Early users are already heaping accolades on the phone maker for its creation. The release of OnePlus 5T has sparked rumors that OnePlus 5 will be discontinued. A OnePlus official confirmed this news saying that the 5T is a better version and just like OnePlus 3 which was stopped for 3T, OnePlus 5 will face the same fate. Although the company will no longer produce new units of OnePlus 5, it is not abandoning its smartphone. A few weeks ago, OnePlus promised its users that OnePlus 5 will soon get Android 8.0 Oreo beta update. Today, OnePlus 5 owners have started enrolling in the beta program. The update includes the October security patch and you can find the full changelog of the update as released by OnePlus
