An alleged hands on photo of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has popped up. If there is any truth to the image, Xiaomi has probably started work on the phone.
Successor to the Mix 2S, the Mix 3 is expected to be even better a smartphone. The Mix series by Xiaomi is famius for their almost bezel-less displays. Judging from the leaked image, it looks like Xiaomi is ready to pick the boundaries even more with a zero bezel display. The front of the smartphone looks quite similar to that of the Vivo Nex albeit with an even thinner chin. It’s as if the chin is non-existent. The top houses nothing except the earpiece. The front camera is not visible anywhere on the phone. A mechanical camera module? Very much possible.

There was another report regarding a Lamborghini Edition of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 which does not throw much light on the design except the presence of a dual camera setup on the back. Apart from this, there is hardly any evidence supporting the existence of a Mix 3 smartphone. Xiaomi has not revealed whether they are looking to forward the series since every phone from them now houses a near bezel-less design, the mix series thus losing its uniqueness.
Looks more like the Nubia Z18
I have the Mix 2, really like it. But I don’t see the need for smaller bezels than this one has, except for those who like to say that mine if better or bigger than yours.
