Elephone U Series Now Starting at $299.99 over on Coolicool


The Elephone U Series has probably been the company’s best attempt at making a high-end phone since its coming into being. The U Series shines for the presence of a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset along with 6GB of RAM, a curved AMOLED display and other top specs. The company announced today this series will be starting at $299.99 from July 9th up until July 13th and limited to 100 units.

So, what do you get for $299.99? The Elephone U! A smartphone that comes with a 5.99-inch AMOLED 3D curved 18:9 FHD+ display coated in Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and is powered by a Mediatek MT6763 (aka Helio P23) octa-core CPU, 6GB of RAM and a whopping 128GB of internal storage.

Other specs include a dual 13MP rear camera combo running an ArcSoft algorithm, an 8MP selfie snapper, a 3620mAh Battery and support for 5V 2A Quick Charge. It also sports Face recognition to unlock your phone using your facial features.

    Very confusing post, you say SD 660 then talk about Helio P23. It is only later when you refer to the Pro version that we see where the SD 660 comes in. Try organizing your thoughts a little more clearly please!

      He talks about elephone U which is mediatek device. Later he points to elephone U pro which is SD 660. So he is right.

      Yes, but he started out talking about SD 660 and only later associated that with the Pro version. In between he referred to Helio P23 so I thought he was confused. Poorly structured post I don’t care what you say.
